911LeakServices.Com is a web-based roof leak tracking and database
system that offers clients and contractors the opportunity to report roof
leaks, view invoices, review facility drawings and archived
documentation from multiple electronic devices (desktop, laptop,
tablet, and mobile smart phone).
This online service provides innovative options for clients and
contractors to enter critical information at any time, 24 hours/7 days
per week, with an electronic trail for quick reference.
The leak reporting service form initiates leak call dispatching
immediate upon submission of the critical information about a client’s
facility. This information includes the user (person submitting report),
contact information (if other than reporter), facility name, facility
location, roof section # (per the CAD drawings), roof area name (ie.,
Emergency Room, Cancer Center, Cafeteria, etc), and any other
information necessary for technicians to efficiently investigate the leak.
The online service forms submission dispatches the above information
to pre-assigned contractors via email and text messaging
technologies. Information is also forwarded via email to the main office
of the maintenance division for follow-up.
